Easy Beer Bread

It doesn’t get any easier than this.
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Pinch salt
- 12 oz beer (1 can or bottle, any type room temperature)
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Combine the dry ingredients then gently mix in the beer with a rubber spatula, just until moistened. It’s okay to leave some uncombined flour, for a rustic look.
Spray a 1lb loaf pan with cooking spray. Turn the batter into the pan. Bake until browned, about 55 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm in a tea towel.
Tear into chunks and serve with butter.
