Do you have an aspiring St. George in your midst? No need to stress over how to make a sword and shield so he, or she, can get to the important task of slaying the dragon! Just grab this DIY kit and you are good to go!
Your kit will come with a printed sword and shield, a cardboard box, a mini glue bottle, a St. George coin, red sealing wax, a St. George the Dragon Slayer Hat, and a red rubber dragon (perfect for putting at the end of a stick for something to slay)! This kit will make one sword that measures approximately 12x2.5 and one shield that measures approximately 12x7.
How to make your sword and shield:
1. Cut out the sword and shield images and trace their outlines onto a large piece of cardboard (Use the box your kit comes in!).
2. Tape or glue the sword front and back and the shield front onto their cardboard counterparts.
3. Optional: reinforce the sword grip with duct tape and create a vertical arm handle on the back of the shield with duct tape (stick two pieces of tape sticky side together anywhere you don’t want it to be sticky)
4. Slay some dragons!
This kit is assembled in the USA from domestic and imported materials.
