Our wooden products are cut in-house at the CAY Marketplace! Due to their handmade nature, please expect a few extra days of handling time before your order with wooden items is shipped. Additionally, please expect some variation in cut/grain/color since this item is made from a natural product! If your item appears dusty when it arrives, it could be the wooden residue from the laser machine that has settled. A simple wipe with a damp paper towel will clean it right up!
